How to use your out-of-network benefits:

  1. 1Call the member services number on your insurance card
  2. 2Ask about your out-of-network mental health or behavioral health benefits
  3. 3Ask about your deductible, reimbursement rate, and how to submit claims

A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. Tracy provides superbills upon request.

What payment methods are accepted?

Tracy accepts all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from services.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Tracy is committed to making therapy accessible. A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss your situation — Tracy will do her best to find a solution that works for you.

Mental health therapy is an eligible expense under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Simply use your HSA/FSA card at the time of payment, just like a debit card.
