Every relationship goes through difficult seasons. Couples counseling provides a safe, structured space to work through challenges, deepen understanding, and build a stronger partnership.
What We Work On
Whether you're in crisis or simply feeling disconnected, couples counseling offers practical tools and a compassionate space to do the work. Tracy uses a combination of approaches tailored to your unique personalities and relationship needs.
Common Questions
Most sessions are attended by both partners together. Occasionally, individual sessions may be recommended as part of the process.
This is very common. Sometimes starting with an individual session can help ease the transition. Feel free to reach out and we can talk through how to approach it.
Every couple is different. Some see significant progress in 8–12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. We'll regularly check in on your goals and progress.
If you are struggling with relationship issues, I understand how difficult that can be. Maybe you don't know if you can stay in this relationship. It can be so frustrating to try to communicate your needs to your partner but feel that nothing ever changes. Or maybe you feel like your partner just doesn't get you.
You may have heard "relationships are hard work" but were never shown a positive model for how to constructively deal with the normal bumps that arise. Working with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist can give you and your partner a way to relate and understand each other better. This in turn can create a smoother, closer relationship between you and your partner.
You may be feeling short on hope right now. I can assure you that getting help from a trained relationship therapist can be the most effective approach to change. Couples counseling can help turn your relationship around if you are willing to attend regular sessions and work on executing changes in the way you relate to one another.
