My Approach

What You Can Expect Working With Me

Compassion First

Every person who walks through the door deserves to feel genuinely heard and respected — without judgment.

A Safe Space

Therapy works best when you feel safe. Tracy creates an environment of warmth, confidentiality, and trust.

Collaborative Approach

You are the expert on your own life. Tracy works with you — not at you — to help you reach your goals.

Evidence-Based Practice

Tracy draws on proven therapeutic methods tailored to your unique situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

How I Work

Therapeutic Approaches

Tracy draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, always tailoring the approach to the individual, couple, or family she's working with.

Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT)

An integrative approach that draws on attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation to help couples create secure, lasting bonds.

Discernment Counseling

A structured process for couples on the brink of separation to gain clarity about the future of their relationship.

Mindfulness-Based Approaches

Incorporates present-moment awareness and nervous system regulation to support calm, grounded decision-making.

Attachment-Based Therapy

Explores how early attachment experiences shape current relationship patterns and emotional responses.

Neurodivergent Sensitive Approach

Therapy that honors and adapts to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals and their relationships, fostering understanding and connection.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Helps couples and individuals identify and reshape emotional responses to create more secure, connected relationships.

Gottman Method

A research-based approach to couples therapy focused on building friendship, managing conflict, and creating shared meaning.

Cognitive and Dialectic Behavioral Therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT)

Evidence-based approaches that identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, build distress tolerance, and develop skills for lasting emotional wellbeing.
